Public Records Act Policy and Request Form

The Orange County Cemetery District Board of Trustees frequently reviews and approves the Board Policy Manual  The current policy manual was last reviewed and approved by the Board at the September 6, 2022 Board Meeting. Included in this Board Policy Manual is the Public Records Act Policy which informs the public on how to make a public records request.  Below is a copy fo the policy as well as the form which provides you guidance as to what is needed to make a public records request.
