The Garden of Innocence - Orange County, works to provide dignified interment services for abandoned and unidentified deceased children in Orange County. The Garden at El Toro Memorial Park was established in 2016 and is located near the Infant Section by the Angel of Hope monument. The public is encouraged to attend Garden of Innocence services so that, as a community, we can care for these little ones lost too soon
Orange County Cemetery District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Orange County Cemetery District
