Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees are appointed to four-year terms by the County Board of Supervisors. The major functions of the trustees is to set policy, define goals and objectives, adopt rules and regulations, and act as legal custodian for District property. The Board has employed a General Manager to carry out policy, direct District operations, provide day-today supervision of staff and control and administer District expenditures.The current Board of Trustees are:

If you need to contact any one of the Board of Trustees listed above, you can either call the District Secretary, Kathie Mauzey at (949) 951-9102, extension 10, or send an e-mail to the following address eltoro@orccd.com. Board members are also available in person at every Board meeting, which occurs on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am at the District offices.
